A minor child was playing in a trampoline park and badly broke his arm on one of the attractions called The Wipeout. Plaintiff alleged, among other things, that The Wipeout was a dangerous attraction, an employee negligently operated The Wipeout, and that the park otherwise operated the trampoline park in a negligent manner. The case settled at mediation. All other identifying information is withheld to protect the minor’s anonymity.
