This morning a school bus lost control, slid down an embankment and struck a gas line after hitting an icy patch.  Fortunately, there were only three students on board and no injuries were reported.  Despite the hazardous conditions, Rowan-Salisbury schools operated on their normal schedule though other schools in the region made the decision to cancel school. Just to the north, Winston-Salem schools were closed due to the weather.

The students in this crash were fortunate.  Too often, people suffer severe injuries as a result of crashes involving buses, tractor trailers or other large motor vehicles.  If you have been involved in a bus, tractor trailer, or other motor vehicle accident, please contact the Law Office of Kevin J. Williams, PLLC, in Winston-Salem, North Carolina at (336)793-8459 to schedule a free consultation to discuss your options.  You may also e-mail Kevin using the contact form.
